Information you choose to provide

When you submit a website form, Coastal Carts may collect your name, phone number, email address, cart preferences, service details, and the page or cart connected with your request.

How the information is used

The information is used to answer questions, confirm inventory, arrange test drives, discuss service or accessories, and provide financing next steps. Submitting a request does not enroll you in an automated marketing list.

Service providers

Coastal Carts uses service providers to host the website, secure and operate its forms, and deliver form notifications. Key City Digital supports the website, and Resend processes the email notification sent to the Coastal Carts team. These providers receive only the information needed to perform those services.

Retention and security

Form information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
